Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has commenced applications today for 500 ministerial posts across Police Headquarters and field units. This is a golden opportunity for 12th pass candidates aspiring to join the police department in roles such as Subedar Ministerial Stenographer and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Ministerial. · Subedar Ministerial Stenographer (General Branch): 90 posts | Rs.36,200–1,14,800 per month

· Subedar Ministerial Stenographer (Special Branch): 10 posts | Rs.36,200–1,14,800 per month

· ASI Ministerial (General Branch): 110 posts | Rs.19,500–62,000 per month

· ASI Ministerial (Field Unit): 220 posts | Rs.19,500–62,000 per month

· ASI Ministerial (Special Branch): 55 posts | Rs.19,500–62,000 per month

· ASI Ministerial (Crime Investigation): 15 posts | Rs.19,500–62,000 per month

Educational Qualification

· 12th pass from a recognized board.

· For stenographer roles: Stenography certification (100 WPM), CPCT (Hindi typing), and diploma or ITI “COPA”/Office Management qualification.

· For ASI roles: CPCT certificate and degree/diploma in MCA/BCA/Computer Science/IT or recognized Polytechnic/DOEACC/“COPA”/Office Management.

Age Limit & Fee
Candidates must be between 18 and 33 years, with reserved category age relaxations. Application fees are Rs.500 for General/OBC and Rs.250 for SC/ST/EWS.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written exam covering General Knowledge, Intellectual Ability, and Mathematics-Science, followed by document verification and a practical shorthand test (100 marks each).
