Rajasthan PSC to Conduct Sub Inspector (Telecom) Exam Tomorrow

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will hold the Sub Inspector (Telecommunications) Examination-2024 for the Home Department tomorrow, 9 November, aiming to fill 98 vacancies. The exam will be conducted across five divisional headquarters: Ajmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Bikaner, with a total of 218 centres—152 in government institutions and 66 in private buildings.

A total of 67,757 candidates have registered for the examination. Candidates are advised to arrive at the exam centres at least one hour before the scheduled start to complete security and identification checks. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

Admit cards can be downloaded from the RPSC official website using the application number and date of birth. They are also accessible via the SSO portal under the Recruitment Portal link in Citizen Apps. Candidates must carry an original photo ID, preferably an Aadhaar card with a clear, recent photograph. Alternate IDs such as Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence are also acceptable. A recent colour photograph must be affixed on the admit card for verification.

The distribution of candidates and exam centres across divisions is as follows: Ajmer – 32 centres, 9,866 candidates; Jaipur – 121 centres, 40,065 candidates; Jodhpur – 18 centres, 5,005 candidates; Udaipur – 30 centres, 8,198 candidates; Bikaner – 17 centres, 4,623 candidates.

RPSC has issued a strict warning against any attempts at bribery or influence in the examination. Candidates should report any such incidents immediately to the control room at 0145-2635200, 2635212, or 2635255, along with supporting evidence. Violations under the Rajasthan Public Examination Act, 2022, including use or facilitation of unfair means, can attract life imprisonment, fines up to Rs10 crore, and seizure of property.

Candidates are urged to follow all instructions carefully and avoid falling prey to brokers or mediators claiming to influence results.
