As per the official notification , the examinations are slated to take place between November 17 and December 2025. This recruitment drive covers Level 1 roles including Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Assistant Pointsman, and technical assistants in Electrical, Mechanical, and Signal & Telecommunication departments.

Candidates will be able to access their exam city, specific date, and travel authority for SC/ST applicants ten days prior to their scheduled exam. The RRBs will release these details on their respective regional websites, enabling aspirants to make necessary travel arrangements. E-call letters for all candidates will be available for download starting four days before their CBT, while general admit cards will be issued one week in advance.
