UP Police SI Scorecard 2026 Out: Direct Link to Download Now Available

Candidates who sat for the Uttar Pradesh Police Sub Inspector recruitment exam now have another key document to check off — the individual normalized scorecard link went live on the official UPPRPB portal on July 22, 2026.

Where the process currently stands
The recruitment, conducted for 4,543 Sub Inspector vacancies under Advertisement No. 03/2025, began with a written exam held on March 14 and 15, 2026, drawing over 10 lakh candidates statewide. The written result was declared on May 7, shortlisting 12,333 candidates — roughly 2.7 times the total vacancies — for Document Verification and the Physical Standard Test. Those who cleared DV and PST moved on to the Physical Efficiency Test in June, and the final result, based on all stages combined, was declared on July 14, 2026, with 4,543 candidates selected across the Sub Inspector (Civil Police), Platoon Commander/PAC, and Fire Station Second Officer posts.

What's available now
The individual normalized scorecard — showing each candidate's personal, normalized written-exam score rather than just their qualifying status on a merit list — is now downloadable from the official portal, uppbpb.gov.in. The scorecard download window will remain active from July 22 to August 21, 2026.

How to download it
Candidates need to visit uppbpb.gov.in, locate the UP Police SI scorecard link, and log in using their registration number along with either their date of birth or password. Once logged in, the scorecard displays details including the candidate's name, roll number, registration number, marks obtained, and qualifying status, and can be downloaded and saved as a PDF.

Why the normalized score matters
Because the written exam was conducted across two days and multiple shifts, UPPRPB applies a normalization formula to adjust for any difficulty variation between different sittings, ensuring scores are comparable across all candidates regardless of when they appeared. The scorecard reflects this normalized figure rather than the raw marks a candidate scored on their specific paper.

What candidates should do
Anyone who appeared in the SI recruitment process is advised to download and save their scorecard before the window closes on August 21 — the document serves as an official record of exam performance and may be needed for future reference, grievance redressal, or verification purposes. Candidates having trouble logging in should double-check their registration number and date of birth against their original application form, since mismatched details are the most common reason candidates get stuck at the scorecard login stage.
