UPSC Mains 2025 Admit Card Released

UPSC has released the admit card for the 2025 Mains exam. Download your hall ticket now from the official website upsc.gov.in to appear for the exam.  

There is great news for lakhs of candidates preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Main Examination. Actually, the admit cards for the main examination have been issued by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today i.e. on August 14, 2025. Candidates who had cleared the preliminary examination will now be able to appear in the main examination of UPSC. To appear in the main examination, candidates can download their admit card by visiting the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in. Candidates have to use the prescribed login credentials like registration number and date of birth to download their admit card.


How to download the admit card of the main exam

To download the admit card of the main exam, candidates have to follow the following steps.

To download the admit card of the main exam, first visit the official website upsc.gov.in.

Click on the link "Civil Services Mains Admit Card 2025" on the homepage of the website.

Use login credentials like registration number and date of birth to login to the account.

After this the admit card will open on your screen.

Now after downloading the admit card, take a print out of it.

Exam will be held on this day

UPSC Mains exam will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission at various examination centers across the country. This exam will start from 22nd August. The exam will be conducted on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st August, 2025. Also, the exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Apart from this, candidates are advised to check their examination center in the admit card carefully. Also, try to reach one or two hours before the scheduled time on the day of examination. Otherwise, in case of delay, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
