Gaza Ceasefire Talks Progress: Hamas Agrees to Release 10 Hostages, Israel Targets Terror Sites

Hamas said it has agreed to release 10 hostages as part of ongoing efforts to reach a ceasefire in Gaza.The group said ceasefire talks are difficult due to Israel's stubborn stance. The Israeli army continued its activities in the Gaza Strip and carried out air strikes on more than 100 terror targets in the past 24 hours.

Hamas said on Wednesday it has agreed to release 10 hostages as part of ongoing efforts to reach a ceasefire in Gaza.The group said ceasefire talks are "difficult" due to Israel's stubborn stance.

The Palestinian group said there are several obstacles to the ongoing ceasefire talks, including the flow of aid, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, and "real guarantees" for a permanent ceasefire.

Over 100 terror targets attacked in Gaza
The Israeli military continued its operations in the Gaza Strip, carrying out airstrikes on over 100 terror targets in the past 24 hours, ANI reported from Tel Aviv. The Israel Defense Forces said on Wednesday that in the Shajaya and Olive areas of north Gaza, troops discovered and destroyed a stockpile of explosives and landmines hidden inside a civilian building.
