Israeli Expert: Netanyahu Should Learn from PM Modi

Israeli defense expert Zaki Shalom has advised to learn from India. He praised PM Modi's stand against America's tariff and the response shown during the India-Pakistan tension. Shalom said that national honor is a strategic asset. Criticizing the Gaza attack, he said that Israel should learn from India how to maintain national honor.

Israeli defense policy expert Zaki Shalom has advised his country to learn from India. Zaki says that Israel should also learn something from the way India is standing firmly against America's tariff.

Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Zaki Shalom said, "PM Modi's tough stand against America's tariff policy and the response given during the India-Pakistan tension teach us that national honor is not a luxury item, but it is a huge strategic asset."

Mentioned Trump's tariff
In the last few days, there has been a sourness in the relations between India and America. US President Trump has imposed heavy tariffs on India citing purchase of oil from Russia. Trump had also claimed to bring about a ceasefire between India and Pakistan, which was outright rejected by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Since then, Trump has started showing his attitude against India.

According to Shalom,

PM Modi has not only saved his personal but also national honour by showing a tough attitude on the economic and military crises. He did not pick up Trump's 4 phone calls. Israel can also learn some important things in this matter.

Criticism of Gaza attack

Shalom has also criticized the Israeli attack on Gaza hospital. 20 people were killed in this attack. He said that the different reactions by the Israeli security forces (IDF), Chief of Staff and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu show that everyone wants to pacify international opinions. This attitude highlights their concern and trouble.

Comparing Israel with India, Shalom said-

Despite all the statements of President Trump, Prime Minister Modi did not bow down. Instead of retaliating, he decided to maintain his national honour. Of course, his attitude is tough, but it sends a clear message that India will not tolerate this kind of behaviour.
Trump warns Hamas
Let us tell you that the Israel-Hamas war is about to complete 23 months. There has been no agreement on ceasefire between the two till now. On Sunday, Trump issued a warning to Hamas and ordered to release all Israeli hostages. Trump said in clear words that if Hamas does not lay down its arms, it may have to pay heavy consequences.
