A heart-wrenching case has come to light from China. A woman in China adopted stray dogs from a shelter, now an investigation is going on against her regarding this. Actually, after taking the dogs, she killed them, cooked them and ate them. Along with this, the woman herself made a video and posted it on social media.
The woman has been identified as Zhixuan, the woman described herself as an animal lover and reached out to many shelters in Liaoning province through a messaging app. While buying the dogs, she claimed that she wanted to give a safe home to the stray dogs. But she did not do so, she took the dogs directly to the kitchen.
A viral screenshot on Chinese social media shows Zhixuan posting a video of herself preparing dog meat. In a caption, she wrote, the dog meat is almost ready. Perfect to eat with a drink on rainy days. In another caption, he wrote, the child is seen eating meat, this is best for the child.
Although eating dog meat is not illegal in most parts of China and is still celebrated in places like Yulin in the south. But amid the growing trend of pets and changing attitudes of people, this practice is becoming increasingly controversial. After this act of the woman, people have given their reactions on platforms like Weibo.
