'Fell victim to 3 conspiracies at UNGA,’: requests preservation of all security camera footage as US Secret Service joins the investigation

On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump has said that three major disruptions occurred with him at the United Nations General Assembly. He has labelled these events a conspiracy.
Trump has written a letter to the UN Secretary General demanding an immediate investigation and has said that recordings of all security cameras and emergency stop buttons of the escalator should be preserved, as the Secret Service will be involved in the investigation. These incidents included the escalator stopping, teleprompter malfunctioning, and problems with the assembly hall's sound system.
UN should be ashamed of itself. Not one, not two, but three highly suspicious incidents occurred at the United Nations yesterday. Trump wrote on Truth Social (social media) on Wednesday.
World Leaders Laughed at Trump
On September 25, 2018, US President Donald Trump was giving a speech at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). He claimed that in less than 2 years, he had accomplished more than all other American presidents.
Leaders from all the world present in the assembly started laughing at Trump's statement. Looking at then New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern, Trump said - "I didn't expect such a reaction. That's okay."
Mishaps with Trump at UN
First Incident: The escalator going to the main floor suddenly stopped. Trump said that if he and Melania hadn't held onto the handrail, there could have been an accident. He called it a conspiracy and demanded the arrest of those responsible.
Second Incident:
The teleprompter wasn't working when he started his speech at the 80th UNGA session. Trump said, after the escalator now the teleprompter is also broken. What kind of place is this? Despite this, he gave a 57-minute speech without the teleprompter.
Third Incident:
After the speech, the sound system in the assembly hall was off, forcing other world leaders to rely on translator earpieces to hear Trump's words. Trump mentioned that after the speech, Melania said, "I didn't hear a single word."
