According to Washington DC District Judge Zia Cobb, the Trump administration started expelling immigrants in January. Under this, immigrants are arrested anywhere.

According to Justice Zia, immigrants were identified and expelled earlier as well. But, this process accelerated after January. Those who do not have US citizenship and do not have proof that they have been living in the US for 2 years are immediately arrested.
Trump administration appeals
The Trump administration has appealed to stay this decision of the US court. The Trump administration says that they will approach the Supreme Court on this matter. But the district judge has clearly refused to stay his decision.
Tariff declared illegal
