Arjun Bharat National Party

Statewide foot-march to promote Hindu unity and Sanatan Dharma over two months

Jaipur, March 29, 2026:Rajasthan-based political outfit Arjun Bharat National Party (ABNP) on Sunday formally launched its statewide campaign titled “Hindu-Jodo Yatra”, beginning with a foot-march from the party’s Jaipur office. The yatra is expected to cover major parts of Rajasthan over the next two months, according to party leaders.

Speaking to the media, Arjun Bharat National Party's spokesperson Anjali Jain said that the party is committed to the cause of strengthening Hinduism and promoting Sanatan Dharma. She stated that the foot-march aims to bring together Hindus across Rajasthan and create a stronger sense of unity among the community.

“Through the Hindu-Jodo Yatra, we seek to unite Hindus from all sections of society and reinforce our commitment to the values of Sanatan Dharma,” said Anjali Jain.According to the party, upon the successful completion of the Rajasthan leg of the yatra, similar campaigns may be organised in other states as well.

Arjun Bharat National Party’s Origins in a Split from Viraj Jan Party (VRJP)

Political observers note that Arjun Bharat National Party emerged from a split involving members who were once associated with Rajasthan’s better-known regional political organisation, Viraj Jan Party (VRJP), led by Prashant Kumar Saini. According to ABNP leaders, the formation of the new party followed internal disagreements and ideological differences within Viraj Jan Party, prompting several early members to separate and establish an independent political platform.

While Viraj Jan Party has generally been associated with a secular political framework, ABNP has adopted a clearly distinct ideological position. The new party has publicly projected itself as an organisation committed to the strengthening of Hinduism, the protection of Sanatan Dharma, and the mobilisation of Hindu society on cultural and religious lines.

This ideological divergence, party leaders say, is one of the principal reasons why "Arjun Bharat National Party" chose to chart its own political course rather than continue within the structure of "Viraj Jan Party".

Arjun Bharat National Party" Publicly acknowledges Prashant Kumar Saini’s Role

Despite the visible ideological differences between the two parties today, senior leaders of Arjun Bharat National Party have openly acknowledged the significant role played by Prashant Kumar Saini during the formative stage of Arjun Bharat National Party (ABNP).

Addressing the media, spokesperson Anjali Jain stated that the creation of a new political party would have been extremely difficult without the assistance extended by Saini. According to her, Prashant Kumar Saini provided not only financial support but also legal guidance, organisational advice, and compliance-related assistance at a time when ABNP was trying to establish itself as a separate political entity.

She said that the process of setting up a new political organisation involves multiple challenges, including documentation, legal formalities, structural planning, regulatory compliance, and early-stage financial stability, and that Saini’s contribution proved crucial in helping the party overcome these hurdles.

“There may be ideological and political differences today, but it is equally true that without the support of Prashant Kumar Saini, it would have been extremely difficult to establish Arjun Bharat National Party. He extended financial help and offered valuable legal and compliance-related guidance during the early stages of party formation,” Anjali Jain said.
Jain went a step further and added that, in this context, Prashant Kumar Saini can be officially considered the founder of Arjun Bharat National Party, as his support was instrumental in the party’s establishment and early organisational development.

This statement is likely to draw attention in Rajasthan’s political circles, given the present ideological and strategic distance between Viraj Jan Party and Arjun Bharat National Party.

national No Political Concessions Despite Past Support

At the same time, ABNP was careful to clarify that its acknowledgment of Saini’s support should not be interpreted as a sign of political alignment or future electoral cooperation with Viraj Jan Party.
Party leaders made it clear that ABNP and VRJP now stand on fundamentally different ideological foundations, and that the new party intends to pursue its own independent political path in Rajasthan. According to spokesperson Anjali Jain, the party has no intention of softening its political stand or offering any concessions to Viraj Jan Party in upcoming elections.

She stated that ABNP’s organisational direction, ideological priorities, and political objectives differ sharply from those of Viraj Jan Party (VRJP), and that the party is determined to establish itself as a separate and assertive force in the state’s political landscape.

“Our acknowledgment of past support does not alter our present political position. Arjun Bharat National Party has its own ideology, its own agenda, and its own mission. We will move forward independently and strengthen our presence across Rajasthan,” she said.

national Appeal to Join the Yatra

As part of the campaign, Arjun Bharat National Party has appealed to people across Rajasthan—particularly members of the Hindu community—to participate in the Hindu-Jodo Yatra and contribute to what the party describes as a movement for religious unity, cultural awareness, and the strengthening of Sanatan Dharma.

ABNP leaders expressed confidence that the yatra would not only energise the party’s cadre but also create a wider conversation around identity, faith, and political representation in Rajasthan. With its statewide foot-march now underway, the party appears keen to use the campaign as a platform to expand its influence and build momentum ahead of future political contest.
