Axiom-4 Mission Update: Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla to Return to Earth on July 14, Confirms NASA

NASA said on Thursday that astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla and three other members of the Axiom-4 mission will leave for Earth from the International Space Station on July 14.

Steve Stich, manager of NASA's commercial travel program, said that we are working on the return and are closely monitoring the progress of Axiom-4. I think we will have to undock this mission. The current date for undocking is July 14.

The Axiom-4 crew, including Shubhanshu Shukla, Peggy Whitson, Slavoj Uznanski-Wisniewski and Tibor Kapu, spent their last holiday on the ISS on Thursday.

Axiom Space issued a statement

Axiom Space said in a statement that the crew, about 250 miles from Earth, spent their free time taking pictures and making videos, observing the view of our planet and reconnecting with loved ones. This gave them some break from their daily experiments.
