Big setback to Uddhav Thackeray before BMC elections, Vitthal More resigns from Shiv Sena-UBT

Ahead of the crucial BMC elections, Uddhav Thackeray suffers a major setback as senior leader Vitthal More resigns from Shiv Sena (UBT), raising concerns about internal party stability.

Big news has come out from Maharashtra politics. Uddhav Thackeray has suffered a major setback before the BMC elections. Vithal More has resigned from Shiv Sena-UBT. Before leaving his post, More had attended the party meeting held at Uddhav Thackeray's house 'Matoshree'. Vitthal More was an active leader in Belapur assembly constituency for the last 10 years. His resignation has given a big blow to Uddhav.

Vitthal More expressed displeasure over the activities going on inside the party in his resignation. He said that on Wednesday a new list of office bearers was published in the party's mouthpiece 'Saamana', but he was not given any information about it.

Along with resigning, More made serious allegations against the state's Mahayuti government and especially Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. He said that the government is targeting him politically. More said, "My hotel was raided three times at midnight on the orders of Eknath Shinde. The Municipal Corporation and the police together took action against me, even though there was no unauthorized construction.

Joined NCP before Shiv Sena

Let us tell you that Vitthal More joined Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) in the year 2012. Earlier he was a part of the NCP party. He was given the post of House Leader in NCP. Despite this, he was dissatisfied with many policies of NCP. Later he resigned from the post of House Leader of NCP, after which he was sidelined. Gradually, More became cut off from NCP meetings, gatherings and other activities.
