CM Rekha Gupta Celebrates Rakshabandhan with Children

On Rakshabandhan, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta tied rakhis with children and reaffirmed her commitment to safeguarding their childhood and nurturing their dreams with care and dedication.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has shared a video of the celebration with children on the occasion of Rakshabandhan on her official X account. In this video, small girls are seen tying rakhis on the wrist of CM Rekha Gupta. In return, Rekha Gupta honored them by giving chocolates, teddy and other gifts.
In the video shared by the CM, small and big girls wearing school dress are seen. These students presented different types of rakhis to the CM, such as cartoon and lotus shaped. In return, the CM gave teddy, plants, chocolates and other gifts to the girls. In the video, the girls also say that they have come to tie rakhi for Rekha ma'am, while some girls are seen saying "Love you CM ma'am" and "Happy Rakhi".
CM Rekha Gupta shared the video and said that today an important relationship was established along with celebrating the festival of Rakshabandhan in the Chief Minister's Jan Seva Sadan. She reiterated the resolve that we will protect the childhood of children and protect their dreams. Children represent the future of Delhi, and the protection of that future is our collective responsibility.
The Chief Minister of Delhi organized a special program at the Jansunwai office located in Civil Lines, in which she sat and talked with the children. On this occasion, the Chief Minister shared her experience of Rakshabandhan and inquired from the children about their studies and school arrangements.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also interacted with the children along with their teachers and got information about the study arrangements in the school. During this, the girls presented a picture made by them to the Chief Minister. In response to this, the Chief Minister gave school bags, teddy bears and sweets to the small school children and said that the Delhi government is constantly striving for the overall development of the children along with giving priority to their education.
