The woman, wearing a red sari, appears hesitant and tries to resist. Despite her reluctance, the lawyer pulls her closer and kisses her briefly before she steps back.
The incident reportedly occurred on October 14, while participants were connected online and awaiting the judge’s arrival. Someone present in the virtual hearing is said to have recorded the scene using a mobile phone.
The identities of both the lawyer and the woman involved have not yet been confirmed.
