There are complaints of irregularities in online ticket booking of railways every day. To stop this, Indian Railways has taken a big step. Railways has closed the IDs of more than 2.5 crore users of IRCTC. In the analysis of data, the railways had doubts about the booking pattern of some users. On the basis of this doubt, the IDs of these users have been closed. The government gave this information in response to a question in Parliament.

MP A.D. Singh had asked a question about this in Parliament. He asked why the IDs of crores of IRCTC users were closed, how do the tickets disappear as soon as the ticket booking opens and what steps are the railways taking to stop this? In response to this, the government gave information. The government said that to stop the irregularities in ticket booking, IRCTC has closed more than 2.5 crore user IDs. Investigation revealed that there is something wrong in booking with these user IDs.
