VBYLD 2027 Cultural Competitions Begin September 1

VBYLD 2027 district-level cultural activities will begin on September 1, 2026, with competitions scheduled across districts through October 31.
District-level activities under the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027 will begin from September 1, 2026, giving young people across the country an opportunity to participate in cultural competitions and showcase their creativity and talent.
According to the official MY Bharat portal under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the district-level phase of the VBYLD 2027 programme will begin with activities under the Cultural Track. The district-level Cultural Track is scheduled to continue from September 1 to October 31, 2026.
Cultural activities to take place at district level
The cultural component of VBYLD is designed to provide young participants with a platform to demonstrate their creative and cultural abilities.
The programme forms part of the broader Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue initiative, which seeks to engage young people in activities linked to leadership, creativity and participation in nation-building.
