During the interaction, he inquired whether their issues had been resolved and urged officials to expedite the resolution of pending grievances. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami took feedback from the complainants regarding the resolution of complaints lodged on CM Helpline 1905. The complainants said that their complaints have been resolved after the intervention of the Chief Minister. They thanked the Chief Minister for resolving their problems. The Chief Minister is keeping an eye on the action being taken by the departments.

To check how promptly the departments are working on the instructions given for redressal of complaints lodged on CM Helpline 1905, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday took feedback by talking to several complainants over the phone. During this, the complainants told that after the previous guidelines of the Chief Minister, their complaints have now been resolved.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had recently reviewed the CM Helpline. There were some cases in this, in which the Chief Minister had directed the departments to resolve the complaints within the stipulated time limit. To know what action was taken on these cases at the department level, Chief Minister Dhami talked to several complainants during a meeting with senior officials at the Chief Minister's residence on Wednesday.
