Amit Shah Targets DMK, Declares BJP Alliance Govt in Tamil Nadu by 2026
During his visit to Tamil Nadu, Union Home Minister Amit Shah strongly criticized the DMK and expressed confidence in forming a BJP alliance government in the state by 2026. His remarks underscored BJP's growing focus on Tamil Nadu politics.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on an important tour of Tamil Nadu and during this he has given a strong speech. He said that after the assembly elections in 2026, the BJP-led alliance will form the government in the state.
In his speech, Amit Shah has talked about the formation of BJP government not only in Tamil Nadu but also in West Bengal. He said, the people of Tamil Nadu are waiting to overthrow the corrupt DMK regime. BJP rule is certain in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal in 2026.
During this, he also said that I live in Delhi, but my eyes and work are on Tamil Nadu. During this, the Home Minister also mentioned Operation Sindoor and called it an important turning point.
India's action
Emphasising the Modi government's push for self-reliance in the defence sector, Shah said, "When Pakistan fired missiles and drones, our response showed India's might to the world. Our army penetrated 100 km into Pakistan and carried out surgical strikes."
He claimed that India's mission has received massive support from Tamil Nadu and said it has also started discussions among the youth about indigenous defence projects like the Kaveri engine.
