'Dances behind Devendra Fadnavis', Sanjay Raut gave the title of 'Nachaniya' to BJP minister

'Dances behind Devendra Fadnavis', Sanjay Raut gave the title of 'Nachaniya' to BJP minister

A statement by Girish Mahajan, a BJP minister in the Mahayuti government of Maharashtra, has created a stir in the state politics. Mahajan said that Bal Thackeray's Shiv Sena will be ended, which has angered Shiv Sena UBT leader Sanjay Raut. Reacting to this statement, Raut has made a sharp criticism against the minister in Shiv Sena's mouthpiece Saamana.

The editorial of Saamana said that BJP minister Girish Mahajan has made an arrogant statement, in which he has talked about ending the Shiv Sena of Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray. This situation shows that when a person gets intoxicated with power, this is a clear example of how wrong Mahajan's thinking is.

Sanjay Raut said that many people like Mahajan have tried to weaken Shiv Sena in the last 50 years. Shiv Sena is not just an organization to be sold like MPs, MLAs and corporators, but it is an organization moving forward with an ideology. Elections come and go, MLAs and MPs also change, but Shiv Sena will continue to exist.

Fiercely targeted Girish Mahajan

Sanjay Raut has taken a sharp dig at Girish Mahajan, saying that in current politics he is given the title of 'Naachya', and this is true. Apart from roaming around Fadnavis, Mahajan has no notable achievement. Jamner constituency, from where he has been elected, is still barren and crematorium-like, and the residents there are not even provided with minimum civic amenities.

Girish Mahajan has been accused of winning the 2025 assembly elections with a 'barely' majority. His victory is doubtful due to manipulation of voter lists and large distribution of money. There have also been allegations of him buying votes and influencing other elected representatives, which have been highlighted time and again by Hon'ble Eknath Khadse. Mahajan has amassed assets worth thousands of crores through financial scams, bank and land grabbing, fraud in Patpadhis, tender manipulation and brokerage.

'Shiv Sena gave identity, other parties bought it'

Sanjay Raut mentioned in his editorial that many of the persons to whom Shiv Sena gave name, image, prestige and power have been taken over by Congress, Nationalist Congress and currently Bharatiya Janata Party. Despite this, Shiv Sena will continue to exist. In fact, when people like Mahajan say every day that 'we will finish Shiv Sena', it shows the power of Shiv Sena.
