Operation Sindoor: 'Government should tell, why the war stopped?', Congress asked questions to Modi government
Bhupesh Baghel has asked the Modi government why Operation Sindoor was stopped. He demanded that the terms of ceasefire with Pakistan be made public.
New Delhi. After the decision of ceasefire between India and Pakistan, politics has also suddenly heated up. Opposition parties are asking various questions to the government about the entire operation. Meanwhile, Congress National General Secretary and former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel, citing the post of US President Trump, asked whether the country's policy on Kashmir has been changed under US pressure?
Along with this, he also demanded the government to make public the conditions of ceasefire with Pakistan. Senior Congress leader Baghel raised these questions in a discussion with journalists at the Congress headquarters on Monday. And said that after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the government had announced Operation Sindoor, in which 26 innocent people lost their lives, were all the terrorists who carried out this incident caught. If this did not happen, then how was the operation successful. Why was it stopped? The government should call a Parliament session on this issue and clarify the situation. He said that after the Pahalgam terror attack, the Congress party had made it clear that it stands with the government in the fight against terrorism. Meanwhile, our forces responded bravely to Pakistan. The terrorist bases operating there were destroyed. When our army was continuously defeating the enemy country, a ceasefire was suddenly announced. Even after agreeing on ceasefire, Pakistan attacked us with drones. The army had to be given the freedom to give a befitting reply to this, but they were not allowed to do so.
