Protest in Kota against violence on Hindus in Bangladesh: Trade bodies and Congress OBC Cell hold rally

A protest rally was organized in Kota to condemn the ongoing violence against Hindus in Bangladesh and the persecution of Indians living abroad. The event was jointly led by Sarv Sangathan Sakal Samaj, the Devli Arab-Borkheda Trade Association, and the Congress OBC Cell. Hundreds of participants joined the march, which started from the Tricolor Chowk in Devli Arab-Borkheda and proceeded to the District Collectorate under the leadership of Congress leader Deepak Namdev.

At the Collectorate, demonstrators raised slogans condemning the atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh and expressed strong outrage over the mistreatment of Indians abroad. The protesters urged the government to adopt a strong and effective foreign policy to protect the rights and safety of Indians living overseas.

Addressing the rally, Deepak Namdev expressed deep concern over the circulating videos depicting violence against the Hindu community in Bangladesh. He stated that Hindus face a serious threat on foreign soil and called on the Ministry of External Affairs to take the matter seriously. Namdev described the reported acts of cruelty and inhumanity as completely unacceptable and demanded immediate intervention from the central government.

Congress leader Vipin Barthunia also voiced his anger, emphasizing that all sections of society are united on this issue. He appealed to the government to make firm international efforts to ensure the safety and security of Hindu communities living abroad.

During the protest, participants also burned a poster symbolizing Bangladesh, signaling their condemnation of the violence and pressuring authorities to take decisive diplomatic action.
