New Delhi. Amidst the voices rising in the country for retaliation after the Pahalgam terrorist attack, the main opposition party Congress is also continuously advocating for taking strict action against Pakistan on this issue.

The top leadership of the Congress is almost daily reiterating its commitment to give full support to the central government to respond to the Pahalgam attack and demanding action against Pakistan.

The government has the full support of the opposition. The culprits should get such punishment that no one dares to raise an eye towards India. Rahul Gandhi also said that along with the victim families of Pahalgam, the whole country is waiting for justice today.

In this post, after meeting the family of martyr Narwal in Karnal on Tuesday, Rahul said that he met the bereaved family of martyr Vinay Narwal and shared their grief and consoled them. Also, saluting the determination of Narwal's family in this sad time, he said that their courage and bravery even in immense grief is a message for the country that we have to remain united.

Kharge raised the issue of security lapse in Pahalgam

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also raised the issue of security lapse in Pahalgam in the Ranchi rally on Tuesday, but also reiterated that after the Pahalgam attack, Congress stands with the Center for any action against Pakistan because the country's interest is supreme and it is beyond party, religion and caste.
