The second Pradosh fast of the month of April will be observed on 25 April 2025. This fast falls on the Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha of Vaishakh month, which will start from 11:44 am on 25 April and will continue till 8:27 am on 26 April. It is called Shukra Pradosh Vrat as it falls on Friday and is considered especially important for women wishing to have children.

During Pradosh Kaal — which will be from 5:26 pm to 7:26 pm — Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati are duly worshipped.
The fast will be observed the next day on 26 April at 8:27 am, after the Tithi ends.
