Thanks to 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi's stunning century, Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) by 8 wickets. Chasing a target of 210 runs at Jaipur’s Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Rajasthan reached the score in the 16th over, losing just two wickets. Earlier, GT had posted 209/4 while batting first.

Monday turned out to be a record-breaking day for Vaibhav Suryavanshi. He became the youngest player in IPL and T20 history to score both a fifty and a century. Vaibhav smashed his century in just 35 balls — the fastest by an Indian in IPL history and the second-fastest overall. He also shared the highest partnership for Rajasthan Royals alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal.
