The King of Katghora received a grand historic welcome on his arrival. A huge crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of him, with the event drawing widespread attention.
Amidst the preparations for Ganesh Utsav in the state, devotees present in large numbers welcomed the 'Katghora Ke Raja' in a grand and historic manner on Wednesday. A festive atmosphere prevailed during the welcome of the 'Katghora Ke Raja'.
The procession of the 'Katghora Ke Raja' started from Kasaniya and entered the city passing through the main road. The centrepiece of this procession was the 21 feet tall statue of the king, which attracted a huge crowd of people. This grand arrival in the city was welcomed with colourful cultural programmes. The tableau of Hanuman Ji, the famous Bhavani Dhol Pathak from Shankhnath Gondia and the programmes of Durga's Gauri Kripa added to the grandeur of the festival.
