CG Crime: Jewelry Shop Robbery Turns Violent, CCTV Captures Shocking Incident

In a tragic turn of events in Chhattisgarh, robbers opened fire during a jewelry shop heist, injuring the shop owner's daughter. Chilling CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, shedding light on the brutality of the crime.

Dhamtari. Firing in Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh has created a stir in the city. Two masked miscreants entered the Bardia Jewelry Shop located in Kotwali police station area with the intention of loot. During this, the miscreants fired a shot with an air pistol, due to which Neha Bardia, daughter of Bhanwarlal Bardia, operator of Bardia Jewelers, got injured. At the same time, the miscreants also attacked Bhanwarlal, due to which he got injured. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced, on the basis of which the Kotwali police is engaged in investigating the matter.

The police immediately admitted both the injured to Christian Hospital in Dhamtari, where both are undergoing treatment. On the basis of CCTV footage, the police has started searching for the miscreants.


In this case, SP Suraj Singh said, this incident happened at 8:40 pm. Two masked miscreants entered the Bardia Jewelry Shop located in Kotwali police station area with the intention of loot. The miscreants first hit the shop owner Bhanwarlal Bardia on the head with the butt of the gun. After this, the miscreants fired an air pistol at his daughter Neha Bardia who came to intervene, due to which she got shot in the leg. In the injured state, the daughter closed the gate of the shop. After that, the masked miscreants fled from there. The SP said, two miscreants are seen in the CCTV footage. The accused are being searched.
