According to the viral video, the man, identified as Ajit, a resident of Raipur's Purani Basti area, claimed that he was attacked by one of his friends with a pair of scissors.

Ajit alleged that after the assault, he approached the accused's family, but instead of receiving support, he was allegedly threatened with false criminal cases if he reported the incident to the police.

In the video, Ajit is seen standing outside the police station holding the scissors wrapped in paper. He claims that after reaching the police station, officers made him wait for some time but did not register his complaint.

He further alleged that due to political influence, no action was taken on his allegations.

Names Political Leaders in Viral Video

During the video, Ajit alleges that members of the accused's family claimed they could seek intervention from BJP MP Brijmohan Agrawal and Congress leader Kanhaiya Agrawal.

He claimed that because of this alleged influence, police were reluctant to take action in the case. These allegations have been made by the individual in the viral video and have not been independently verified.

The video has been widely circulated on Instagram, including on a page identified as garv_se_hum_bramhan_hai_, where Ajit identifies himself as a resident of the Purani Basti locality.

Police Say No Written Complaint Received

Officials from Purani Basti Police Station said that no official written complaint has been submitted by the individual so far.

Police stated that they will examine the viral video, identify and question the person featured in it, and take further action if a formal complaint is received or if the inquiry establishes the facts of the case.

As of now, authorities have not issued any official statement confirming the allegations made in the viral video.
