Task force action against infiltrators intensified: 9 suspects detained, 128 suspects have been identified so far

The task force has ramped up its operations against infiltrators, detaining 9 suspects and identifying 128 others for further investigation. The crackdown highlights efforts to bolster security and address infiltration concerns effectively.

Kawardha. In view of the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, security arrangements have been tightened in Kabirdham district. The district police has formed a special 'Police Task Force' to strengthen security, which is conducting campaigns at various places while monitoring suspicious activities.

Let us tell you that in the latest action of the task force, a total of 9 suspects from 6 Uttar Pradesh and 3 other districts were detained. During the investigation, valid identity cards or documents were not found with them, due to which a case has been registered against them under section 128 BNSS and presented in the court.

This team formed under the leadership of Additional SP Pushpendra Baghel includes DSP Krishna Kumar Chandrakar, Kotwali in-charge, two TIs and more than 50 police personnel. The team conducted intensive and surprise checking campaign in Adarsh ​​Nagar, Kasai Para, Atal Awas, Samanpur and Harinchhapara villages on Tuesday.

ASP Baghel said that this special team has been formed with the aim of stopping illegal infiltration of Bangladeshi and Pakistani citizens. So far 128 suspects have been identified in the district and this campaign will continue in future as well.

The police have appealed to the common citizens to immediately inform the police about any suspicious person. Also, landlords have been asked to get the police verification of the tenants done compulsorily, so that anti-social elements can be identified in time.
