He had said that 'Pakistanis took off the clothes of the people of our country, but we sent their sister of the society (Colonel Sofia Qureshi) and got them beaten up.' Vijay Shah had further said that 'the terrorists had said to tell Modi that they killed our Hindus and took off their clothes. That is why Modi ji sent his sister in our army plane, so that she can teach him a lesson.
The High Court had given instructions for FIR, Congress demanded resignation

In this case, the High Court took suo motu cognizance and gave instructions to register an FIR against Vijay Shah. The division bench of Jabalpur HC Justice Atul Shridharan and Anuradha Shukla gave instructions to register a case under the Indian Justice Code. During this, the court had ordered the government to register a case against the minister within four hours (by 6:00 pm).
