The MP Sports Festival will be inaugurated in Madhya Pradesh on September 24th. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate it. 70,000 athletes from Bhopal Lok Sabha will compete in 24 sports. It will be held at the Subhash Excellence School playground. Sports competitions will be held at the village, block, and district levels, continuing until December 25th.
The MP Sports Festival is being organized to promote sports and youth empowerment. It also aims to spread the message of Khelo India on a wide scale and develop team spirit among youth. Its objective is to reach young athletes at the Panchayat level and help them develop their abilities.
This sports festival will include competitions at the Panchayat, Mandal, Assembly, District, and Lok Sabha levels. In addition to promoting local sports, various sports, including football, volleyball, hockey, essay competitions, dance competitions, kho-kho, kabaddi, and cricket, have been included.
