Sadhvi Pragya Stirs Controversy with Remarks on Nehru and Muslims
Bhopal,M.P
BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur sparks outrage with statements claiming Nehru lacked public support and alleging Muslims don't recognize sibling bonds.
Former MP from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh's capital, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, has once again made inappropriate remarks. This time, she made political comments about Muslims, as well as Nehru and Gandhi. She was speaking at a Durga Vahini event.
Sadhvi Pragya said, "It is said that we gained independence without a shield. We made a person who neither won votes nor the nation's hearts, and he did no service to the country. We made a person who sent his clothes abroad to be washed and flattered the British and bowed before English women."
Raised questions about the Muslim brother-sister relationship
Sadhvi Pragya said, "Don't become a sister to any Muslim. They deceive you by making you their sister." She continued, "There is no brother-sister relationship among Muslims. We must resolve to ensure that no non-Hindus come to our homes to work. Form groups and keep an eye on temples to ensure no non-Hindus are selling prasad." If you find non-believers selling Prasad around the temple, beat them up.
