Bhopal MP Alok Sharma has once again opened a front against Patwaris. He said that the Collector's office is infamous because of Patwaris. The MP has already complained about this to the Minister in charge. Alok Sharma said that many Patwaris are stuck at one place for years, complaints are also being received against them continuously.
Bhopal MP said that there are many Patwaris who open their office in their house after five o'clock. He said that four to five Patwaris stuck at one place should be transferred. Transfer work is going on right now. 20 percent transfers will happen, but I will not let such Patwari stay in my parliamentary constituency.
As per the rules, the circle of Patwari should be changed every three years, but in Bhopal many Patwaris are working in the same circle for 5 years or more. This situation is an indication that some officers in the office are misusing their position. MP Sharma says that public representatives have also received complaints against these officers, due to which he had to raise this issue.
