Builder linked to minister Vijayvargiya stabbed to death in Indore

Ankit Rathore, a young builder from Indore, was stabbed to death late Friday night in the Malharganj area. He was rushed to the hospital but died from his injuries. Police have launched a search for the accused, who attacked him over a personal dispute.

Victim Identified
The deceased has been identified as Ankit Rathore, son of Raju Rathore and a resident of Teli Bakhal. He was known to be a supporter of Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya.

Dispute Led to Murder
According to reports, the attack stemmed from a three-day-old argument. Ankit had allegedly slapped the accused, Lalu Pandit, during a quarrel. Seeking revenge, Lalu, along with his accomplice Raju Pandit, attacked Ankit with a knife.

Hospitalised but Declared Dead
Following the stabbing, locals rushed Ankit to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead despite efforts to save him.

Swift Police Action
The Malharganj police arrived at the scene within 10 minutes and cordoned off the area. TI Virendra Kushwah stated that both accused belong to the same locality. Police have conducted raids at their possible hideouts and relatives’ houses.
Preliminary information also indicates that a temple-related dispute could be connected to the murder. The investigation is currently underway.

Family Background
Ankit was married two years ago. He is survived by his wife, a sister, and a brother who works in Mumbai Film City. His father, Raju Rathore, is an active community office-bearer associated with the Sangh.
