On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the mass yoga practice program organized at Atal Path in the capital Bhopal. BJP State President VD Sharma and Union Minister Durgadas Uikey also participated in the program. Everyone gave the message of staying healthy by doing yoga.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that today is the day of pride for introducing the world to Indian culture. Yoga calms the mind. Calm brings satisfaction and from satisfaction we move towards non-violence. During Covid, we took the spirit of live and let live to the world. Let us connect with nature. Everyone should also imbibe this in life.
At the same time, the CM wrote on X, wishing the people of the state on International Yoga Day - Swasthyam Sarvada Yogen, heartiest congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the state and yoga practitioners on International Yoga Day. The Rishi tradition of India provided yoga knowledge to keep the body healthy along with mental and spiritual upliftment.
The CM further wrote- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has strengthened the spirit of world brotherhood by spreading the awareness of yoga at the international level for world welfare. Let us all make yoga an integral part of our lives and contribute towards a "healthy India - strong India"
