Government will implement Tenancy Act in MP Government in Madhya Pradesh

Will implement the Tenancy Act. The tenant will no longer be able to occupy the house. The Urban Development and Housing Department has prepared the draft of the Act, this bill will be presented in the monsoon session of the Assembly. It will be mandatory for the tenant to vacate the house after the completion of the period. At the same time, without a contract, a sub-tenant cannot be kept. The landlord will also not be able to harass the tenant without reason. Under this, there will be a rent authority in every district. An officer of the deputy collector level will be made the rent authority. The rent court will be the court of the additional collector. In this, it will be mandatory to settle the complaint within 60 days.
