CM Mohan Yadav to Inaugurate Projects Worth Crores During Raisen Visit

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will visit Raisen district on June 16 to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for a slew of development projects. The key highlight of his visit will be the launch of health infrastructure initiatives worth ₹425 crore across 375 health institutions in the state, including 267 inaugurations and 108 foundation-laying ceremonies.

 

As part of this drive, Udaipura constituency alone will witness developmental activities worth ₹138 crore, including ₹89.36 crore worth of foundation-laying and ₹49.06 crore of completed works.

These projects cover various health-related facilities like sub-health centers, primary healthcare services, and Sanjeevani clinics. Notably, 318 works (218 inaugurated, 100 foundation laid) fall under the budget of up to ₹1 crore.

Significant Investment in Healthcare Sector

Projects with an estimated cost between ₹1 crore and ₹5 crore include 38 initiatives: 33 inaugurations and 5 foundation ceremonies. These involve:

  • 90 Sub Health Centers

  • 10 Block Public Health Units (BPHUs)

  • 118 Sanjeevani Clinics

  • Upgradation of 1 Civil Hospital

  • 27 Primary Health Centers

  • 2 IPHL Labs

  • 1 CMHO Office

  • 1 Pediatric ICU (PICU)

  • 1 District Early Intervention Center (DEIC)

Additionally, 19 large-scale projects costing over ₹5 crore are part of the program, which includes:

  • Upgradation of 3 District Hospitals

  • Upgradation of 7 Civil Hospitals

  • 6 Community Health Centers

  • Construction of 3 new Civil Hospitals

Focus on Raisen’s Health Infrastructure

In Raisen alone, 31 health projects worth ₹27.98 crore will be launched or initiated. This includes the inauguration of:

  • 14 Sub Health Centers

  • 5 Primary Health Centers

  • 1 IPHL Lab

  • 1 DEIC

Also, 10 more Sub Health Centers will have their foundation stones laid.
