'Machhli' Family’s 65-Acre Illegal Occupation Exposed

On 65 acres of illegally occupied land, 40 buildings, 30 shops, a petrol pump, and a school were built. Demarcation completed in 3 days; report to be submitted to the collector on Monday.

Demarcation of properties of 'Machhli' family of Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal has been completed. 65 acres of land is occupied by the Machhli family. Which includes 40 buildings and 30 shops. Petrol pumps and schools have also been built on illegal occupation. On Monday, the district administration team will present the report in front of the collector. The Animal Husbandry Department will soon send a notice to the occupier. The administration will soon take action to vacate them.

After demolishing the illegal house of Shariq Machhli, the administration had started investigating other illegal properties. The Animal Husbandry Department had applied for demarcation of 99 acres of land located at Kokta bypass. 20 people including the Machhli family are accused of occupying the land.

Notice was issued to them

Shafiq Ahmed, Shawar Ahmed, Shariq Ahmed, Tariq Ahmed, Sohail Ahmed and Shavez Ahmed of Machhli family, Lodhi Builders and Developers Devendra Lodhi, Awadhi Real Estate Builders partner Patni (son Vijay Patni) as well as Niranka Jain, Sudhir Sharma, Usha Sinha, Sharmila Thackeray, Meenu Jain, Amit Jain and Anuj Sahu, Anjali Jain, Chatar Singh, Dhan Singh, Pawan Kumar, Lal Singh have been issued notices. Apart from this, notice was also issued to Municipal Corporation Bhopal Zone Office.

Fisheries department's involvement exposed, water reservoirs also occupied!

Fisheries department's involvement was also exposed in this case. Human Rights Commission issued notice to the officials of Fisheries Department in the matter of fish trade regarding Hathai Kheda Dam, Chanderi Dam. Actually, the director of the fisheries department misused his position. He benefited Shariq Machhli, Jalil Khan, Mukesh Thakur. The mafia took two contractors by misusing the tender with the help of the government fisheries officer. It is being told that the fish family has occupied the reservoirs for years.

It is worth noting that under the 'drug se doori hai jaroori' campaign in the capital Bhopal last month, two accused Shawar Ahmed alias Machhli and his nephew Yasin Ahmed alias Machhli (Fish family) were arrested with MDMA drug. After this, their involvement in illegal activities and their illegal properties are being identified. Recently, the illegal construction of the fish family built on government land in Kokta area has been demolished.
