A big revelation has been made about the e-attendance app of teachers in Madhya Pradesh. If the Teachers' Union is to be believed, the foreign connection of e-attendance (Shikshak App) has come to the fore. There is a danger of leakage of personal information related data of teachers. Madhya Pradesh Teachers' Union has claimed that after the implementation of e-attendance system, calls and messages are coming from unknown numbers. Not only this, OTP is also being asked.
It is said that the officials of the company that created the teacher app made for e-attendance are Pakistani. Median.com, whose officer Huned Hasan is originally from Pakistan. Similarly, Abdullah Abdul Hussain is a Bangladeshi software engineer. On the other hand, the chip technology officer, Tyler Lee is Chinese.
Serious possibility of cyber fraud
Regarding the matter, Madhya Pradesh Teachers' Union said that the app and all the officials related to it should be investigated. There is a serious possibility of cyber fraud along with hurting the economic and social reputation of all the teachers. Ever since e-attendance has started, calls and messages have started coming from unknown numbers and OTP has also been asked for. In the state executive meeting of Madhya Pradesh Teachers' Union, it has been decided to shut down the app. There is a fear of their personal data being leaked due to any mistake by e-attendant.
