This time a different scene was seen on Ganeshotsav in Indore, which is called Mini Mumbai. These posters depict scenes from cases like Shraddha murder case, Meerut's Neela Drum case and Indore's famous honeymoon murder case Raja-Sonam.
The organizers of Nehru Nagar Cha Raja Ganesh Pandal say that not only atrocities on women in the society, but crimes committed by women have also become a matter of concern. A big message has been written on the posters put up in the Ganesh pandal - "After Beti Bachao, now save sons".
Devotees have prayed to Lord Ganesha to stop such crimes and spread awareness in the society. This unique initiative has become the center of discussion among the people coming to Ganeshotsav. Some people are considering it as a message to women, while some are seeing it as a warning about the increasing crimes in the society.
