The High Court has dismissed the PIL filed against Congress leader Kamal Nath. Let us tell you that Advocate Bhupendra Singh Kushwaha had filed a petition in the High Court. In the petition, it was said about Kamal Nath's statement "I also have a CD of the honey trap case". The High Court has dismissed the petition filed on the basis of news published in newspapers. In the petition, he had made Kamal Nath and former minister Govind Singh a party along with the police, SIT. This petition filed in the year 2023 was heard yesterday on Thursday, July 10.
The court sought information from the lawyer about the facts of this statement. In the court, his lawyers told that the videos of this statement have been run on many media channels and other places. Not only this, such news was also published. At the same time, the court also raised questions about not presenting the CD of his statement in the court. During this, the court considered it wrong to make such allegations on the basis of media reports and wrote in its order that allegations were made in the petition, but its evidence was not placed in the court. With this the court rejected the petition.
