Ahead of New Year celebrations, Raipur Police have issued strict guidelines to maintain law and order and prevent unlawful activities across the city and the state. DJs will not be allowed to operate after 10 pm at hotels, restaurants, cafés, dhabas, farmhouses and bars. Any violation, including serving liquor without a valid licence or use of banned substances, will invite strict action, including cancellation of operating licences.
