Rockingdeals Circular Economy and GRENEW FZE enters into strategic partnership to address E-Waste in Middle East regions

Rockingdeals Circular Economy Limited (NSE: ROCKINGDCE), India’s leading B2B re-commerce company specialising in excess inventory management, sustainable procurement and circular economy solutions, has announced strategic partnership with GRENEW FZE, a UAE-based circular economy company focused on processing, refurbishing, recycling, and monetising e-waste, surplus inventory, and recoverable industrial materials on  February 12, 2026.

RDCEL and GRENEW FZE will jointly explore cross-border sourcing and distribution of surplus and refurbished inventory

Both companies will also assess expansion across the UAE and other global markets to scale circular economy initiatives

The agreement has been executed through RDCEL’s wholly owned subsidiary, Rocking Deals General Trading L.L.C, incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This aims at strengthening Rockingdeals’ footprint globally, particularly in the Middle East region, and enhancing its capabilities in processing, refurbishment, and monetisation of electronic waste, excess retail inventory, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and other merchantable inventory categories.

This partnership addresses one of the world’s fastest growing waste streams, i.e. electronic waste. Over 50 million metric tons of e-waste are generated globally, and nearly 20% of it gets recycled properly. Due to the rapid technological and digital transformation in the Middle East, the region has been facing an unprecedented increase in electronic waste.

As per the stock exchange notification by the company, RDCEL along with GRENEW FZE will work together to explore the cross-border opportunities in sourcing and distribution of surplus and refurbished inventory. Gradually, they plan to create a structured circular economy initiative across product segments leveraging each other’s operational experience and market networks. This collaborative partnership will improve value recovery, strengthen supply chain efficiencies, and explore potential expansion across the UAE and other global markets over time.

Yuvraj Aman Preet Singh, Founder & CEO, Rockingdeals Circular Economy Ltd said, “If you look at the world today, we are manufacturing and consuming at a very fast pace, but the systems to manage that e-waste are still not evolving at the same speed. Perfectly usable products are getting discarded just because there is no proper bridge between excess, refurbishment, and reuse. Our partnership with GRENEW FZE is about building that bridge where surplus electronics and e-waste are refurbished, redistributed, and brought back into the value chain. For us, the Circular Economy has always meant adding life to a product instead of letting it become waste.”

This collaboration aligns with RDCEL’s long-term strategic vision of building an integrated, scalable circular economy business in the Middle East region, helping the company to enhance revenue visibility over the medium to long term.
