Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has started the application process by issuing a notification for admission in class 6 for the session 2026-27. Parents who want to get their children admitted in Navodaya Vidyalaya class 6 can fill the form online by visiting the official website of NVS navodaya.gov.in or from the direct link given on this page. Eligibility and Criteria
Only those candidates who have passed class 5 can apply for JNVST class 6 admission. At least 75 percent of the seats will be filled by provisionally selected candidates from rural areas. Along with this, the student should be born between 1 May 2014 and 31 July 2016 for admission in class 6.
Application Process
For NVS Class 6th Admission 2026, first go to the official website navodaya.gov.in.
Click on the admission related website link cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs in the pop up on the home page of the website.
Now on the new page, click on Click here for Registration for Class VI JNVST (2026-27) and fill the form by entering all the required information correctly.
After completing the application, click on Click Here to Print Registration Form and take a printout of it and keep it safe.
