The CGL Tier-1 exam has been canceled once again by SSC. On the very first day of the examination, some students were not allowed to enter the examination centers despite reaching on time, while in some cities this exam has been canceled due to technical faults and administrative reasons.

The SSC CGL 2025 exam has been canceled by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Let us tell you, the preliminary examination of SSC CGL was to be conducted between 13 and 26 September 2025 in various examination centers across the country. But on the very first day of the examination, due to technical faults, administrative reasons and seats not being fully available in various examination centers, SSC CGL 2025 Tier-1 exam has been canceled by SSC. Under the official notification of SSC, the SSC CGL Tier-1 exam has been canceled in cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Kolkata, Bokaro and Jammu. Due to the examination not being conducted successfully, now the students are once again expressing their displeasure.

Why the exam was canceled

According to the official notification of SSC, the SSC CGL 2025 Tier-1 exam has been canceled due to technical faults and administrative reasons. On the very first day of the examination, the students were not given entry on reaching on time, while in some places this exam has been canceled due to technical faults in the examination centers and non-availability of seats.

Exam canceled in these cities

Delhi: The exam has also been canceled in Bharti Vidya Niketan Public School. As per the official notification, this exam will now be conducted on 24, 25 and 26 September.

Gurugram: The exam to be held in MM Public School, Gurugram has also been canceled. Students say that even after reaching on time on the day of the examination, they were not given entry in the examination center and the students who took the exam had to face technical faults. Now this exam will be conducted on 24, 25 and 26 September.

Jammu: In Jammu also the exam has been cancelled due to technical fault in the exam centres.

Bokaro and Kolkata: SSC CGL exam to be held in Bokaro and Kolkata has also been cancelled. SSC will soon announce new dates for conducting the exam again in these cities.
