Netflix Renews ‘House of Guinness’, ‘Being Gordon Ramsay’ and ‘Legends’ for New Seasons

Netflix has confirmed new seasons of three UK titles, with ‘House of Guinness’ and ‘Legends’ set to begin production in 2027.
Netflix has renewed ‘House of Guinness’, ‘Being Gordon Ramsay’ and ‘Legends’ for new seasons as part of a fresh slate of returning UK titles. The streaming platform announced the renewals on August 24, confirming that all three shows will continue with another season.
The announcement includes both scripted and unscripted programming. Along with the three shows, Netflix has also confirmed further seasons for titles including ‘At Home with the Furys’, ‘The Gentlemen’ and ‘Formula 1: Drive to Survive’.
‘House of Guinness’ Season 2
Steven Knight's historical drama ‘House of Guinness’ will return for a second season. The series follows the Guinness brewing dynasty and is set in 19th-century Dublin and New York.
Netflix has confirmed that production on Season 2 is scheduled to begin in January 2027. Creator Steven Knight is returning, with the new season set to explore another chapter in the lives of the Guinness family and their complicated relationships.
The returning story will continue to focus on siblings Arthur, Edward, Anne and Benjamin Guinness, alongside the people connected to their family and expanding empire.
‘Legends’ Gets Season 2
Netflix has also renewed ‘Legends’ for a second season. The crime drama, created by Neil Forsyth, follows undercover British customs officers who infiltrate dangerous drug networks in the 1990s.
Season 2 is scheduled to enter production in 2027 and will consist of six episodes. The story will once again follow the undercover team as they are drawn back into the dangerous world they had attempted to leave behind.
The series stars Tom Burke, Steve Coogan and Hayley Squires.
Gordon Ramsay Returns
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay will also return for a second season of ‘Being Gordon Ramsay’.
The reality series takes viewers behind the scenes of Ramsay's professional and family life as he manages his restaurants and wider business interests. Netflix has confirmed that the new season is already in production and is expected to return in 2027.
The upcoming season will follow Ramsay as he balances his expanding business empire with family commitments, while also marking 25 years of his career in the restaurant industry.
Netflix Expands Its UK Slate
The three renewals are part of Netflix's broader push to bring back successful UK productions. The streamer said its audiences had responded strongly to the returning shows, prompting the new season orders.
For viewers, the announcements confirm that ‘House of Guinness’ and ‘Legends’ will continue in 2027, while ‘Being Gordon Ramsay’ is also set to return with another season.
Specific premiere dates for the new seasons have not yet been announced.
