Shooting at church: Fire breaks out in church, 4 dead and 8 injured

Shooting at a church in the city of Grand Blanc, Michigan,USA on Sunday.4 dead and 8 people were injured. Police said the suspected attacker has been killed and there is no longer any threat. After the incident, the church caught fire, and efforts to extinguish it are ongoing. The name of the church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Police have appealed to people to stay away from the area so that rescue and emergency services work is not affected. Police have not yet provided any official information regarding the number of injured.
"We are aware of the incident at the church of Latter Day Saints on McCandlish Rd in Grand Blanc. According to the Grand Blanc Township Police Department, there is no active threat to the public at this time. Please avoid the area as first responders are handling this situation," Michigan police said in a post on X.

The condition of some of the injured is very serious. After the incident, many victims were taken from the church to the hospital. Additionally, several other media reports claim that there may be children amongst the injured.
Shooting at restaurant in Southport
In Southport, North Carolina, USA, a shooting at a restaurant on Saturday night local time resulted in the death of 3 people and at least 5 injured. Police arrested a suspect and filed a murder case against him.
Officials stated that 40-year-old Nigel Max Age was charged with murder. The incident occurred at the American Fish Company restaurant. According to officials, around 9:30 PM, a boat stopped in front of the restaurant on the Cape Fear River, and the occupant opened fire indiscriminately. After this, the boat quickly sped away towards Oak Island.
Around 10 PM, the US Coast Guard spotted the suspect loading his boat at a public ramp on Oak Island and took him into custody. He was then handed over to the Southport Police. Currently, the police have not released the names of the victims or the condition of the injured.
