A criminal case has been registered against former Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Vinayak Raut, his son Gitesh Raut and several others after the former parliamentarian's daughter-in-law accused them of physical and mental harassment, assault and forcing her to participate in alleged black magic rituals. The case has been registered at Kapurbawdi Police Station in Maharashtra's Thane district, where police have begun an investigation into the allegations.
