Why does heart attack happen?
According to Dr Kumar, Dr Roy's death due to heart attack is not the first case. It has become very common among doctors in the age group of 30-40. A major reason behind this is also the working hours. Doctors have to work for 12-18 hours and sometimes up to 24 hours.
Apart from this, stress, unhealthy lifestyle, not doing physical exercise, ignoring health checkup and eating food without time are at risk of heart diseases. This is the reason why people rapidly become victims of depression and anxiety.
