Over 100 Detained in Andhra Pradesh for Running Myanmar-Style Cybercrime Operation

 In a significant crackdown, Andhra Pradesh police have detained over 100 individuals, including women, operating a cybercrime network modeled after those in Myanmar and Cambodia. The suspects, primarily from northern and northeastern India, were running fraudulent call centers near the Atchutapuram Special Economic Zone in Anakapalli district. They targeted victims in countries like the USA, UK, and Australia, luring them with fake job offers and then coercing them into online scams. 

Police has busted a fake call center in Andhra Pradesh. Foreign nationals were being duped by running an international fake call center in Anakapalli district of the state. The thugs were doing fraud in Myanmar and Cambodia style. Andhra Police has detained more than 100 young men and women.

Many types of cases related to cyber fraud have come to light in India. Another similar case has come from Anakapalli district of Andhra Pradesh, where cyber fraud was being done in Myanmar and Cambodia style.

Police has busted this cyber fraud case and detained more than 100 people, including many women. Now the police is interrogating these people by taking them to an unknown place.
